Delivery to the UK:

I aim to pack and send orders within 1-3 working days.

Free UK delivery on all prints.

All orders are sent through Royal Mail First Class. Once your order has been sent I will send you an email confirmation letting you know it has been dispatched. 

Delivery to the rest of the world:

At the moment I only deliver to the UK through my website. But if you are outside the UK and would like to place an order you can do so through my Etsy shop here.

Returns:

If you would like to return an item please contact me at
hello@clairetuxworth.com to arrange a return.

Returns will need to be made within 14 days of delivery in their original condition. Postage for returned goods will be paid by the customer. Please remember to obtain proof of postage, as I won’t be able to accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in the post. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned items provided they are in a saleable condition.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damaged Items:

If your parcel arrives damaged, then please send me an email at
hello@clairetuxworth.com along with details and photos of the damage so I can
sort it out for you as soon as possible!
