Refund policy
Returns:
If you would like to return an item please contact me at
hello@clairetuxworth.com to arrange a return.
Returns will need to be made within 30 days of delivery in their original condition.
Postage for returned goods will be paid by the customer. Please remember to obtain proof of postage, as I won’t be able to accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in the post. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned items provided they are in a saleable condition.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or custom made products (including custom sized prints and/or commissioned paintings).
Damaged Items:
If your parcel arrives damaged, then please send me an email at
hello@clairetuxworth.com along with details and photos of the damage so I can
sort it out for you as soon as possible!
